Print the template provided as a separate PDF for this project and trace it onto cardstock.

Cut out all the pieces.

Glue the cardstock pieces together, then add the eye, nose, and cheek stickers. Punch a hole at the top to create a hanger and thread the cord through it, finishing with a knot.
