Wenskaart met goud folie en vellum

Peel off one of the protective layers from the double-sided sticky foil tape and press the gold craft foil onto it. Zorg ervoor dat je het goed gladstrijkt.

Print the template provided as a separate PDF for this project. Cut out the shapes and trace them onto the back of the double-sided sticky foil tape with the gold foil attached. Then cut the designs out.

Cut a 2 × 11 cm strip and a 5 cm diameter circle from vellum paper. Make a small hole in each piece using a sharp tool, such as a thick needle.

Peel off the remaining protective layer from the double-sided sticky foil and adhere the foil designs to the vellum shapes.

Create a small hanging ornament by threading both decorated vellum pieces onto a single piece of gold thread and securing it with a knot. Cut a short vertical slit in the greeting card and insert the ornament so it stays in place. (The recipient can later remove and reuse it.) Finish by tying a bow from an extra piece of gold thread, as shown.
